Engine Oil & Filter Service

Replace engine oil and oil filter using Yamaha-specification products, helping maintain proper lubrication and protect internal engine components. 

Lower Unit Gear Lube Service

Drain and replace lower unit gear lubricant and inspect the used lubricant for signs of water intrusion or abnormal wear. 

Water Pump Inspection & Service

 Inspect the water pump impeller and housing, and replace components as required based on condition and the applicable Yamaha maintenance schedule.

Fuel System Inspection

 Inspect fuel-system components for visible signs of leaks, deterioration, damage, or other conditions that could affect reliable engine operation.

Fuel Filter Inspection & Service

Inspect and service applicable engine-mounted fuel filters and the external fuel-water separator as required based on condition and Yamaha maintenance recommendations. 

Spark Plug Inspection & Service

Remove and inspect spark plugs for condition and wear, and replace them when required by the applicable Yamaha maintenance schedule or condition. 

Propeller & Lower Unit Inspection

Inspect the propeller and lower unit for visible damage, fishing line, fluid leakage, and other conditions that could affect performance or reliability. 

Thermostat Inspection

Inspect thermostat operation and condition, and replace as required by the applicable Yamaha maintenance schedule or inspection findings. 

Timing Belt Inspection

Inspect the timing belt for wear, cracking, damage, or other deterioration, and replace as required by the applicable Yamaha maintenance schedule or condition. 

Intermediate Fuel Filter Inspection & Service

Inspect applicable intermediate fuel filters and replace as required based on condition and the applicable Yamaha maintenance schedule. 

Fuel Pump Inspection

Inspect applicable diaphragm-style fuel pumps and replace as required based on condition and the applicable Yamaha maintenance schedule. 

Yamaha Diagnostic System (YDIS) Report

Perform a Yamaha Diagnostic System (YDIS) check after scheduled maintenance to review available engine information and identify stored or active diagnostic information that may require further attention. The customer receives a YDIS report documenting the diagnostic results.
